How can I place my order?
Step 1: Click on " MENU" at our Subdelivery front page to view our full range of menu
Step 2: Click on the item you would like to order, i.e. click on Tuna (6" / 12" / Wrap / Salad) to add portion size to cart.
Step 3: Customise your desired item. Choose your Bread, Sauce, Vegetables, Toppings and Extras, go ahead and make it a meal while you're at it!
Step 4: Click on the "View Cart" button to check your order in the cart.
Step 5: After double checking your items, select pickup or delivery, key in the delivery details.
Step 6: Select payment option, Visa/Master or Amex, and click check out.
Step 7: Log in if you are existing customer, Create a new Subdelivery account if you're a new user.
Step 8: After log in, confirm your order and proceed to payment.
Step 9: Key in your credit card details and you've completed your order!
Step 10: We will deliver your order accordingly.

There is a Subway outlet nearer to my location than those listed on the website, why can't I pick up my order there instead?
Currently only the following outlets take part in our Subdelivery platform.
We will update as more outlets join us.

How can I leave feedback?
If your feedback is regarding the following outlets: Harbourfront Centre, Vivocity, Hougang Mall, or Suntec City, please proceed to contact us via the contact us page.
If you had placed your order via another platform (I.e. Grab, FoodPanda, another website), please contact the platform that the order was placed on, as we are only able to assist with matters pertaining to Subdelivery.com.sg.
Otherwise, you may contact the Subway Singapore Facebook page for general enquries.
Can I place my order in advance?
Yes. Orders can be placed in advance.
How fast can you deliver?
For orders under $300, please place your order at least 24 hours in advance. For orders above $300, please place your order at least 72 hours in advance. For orders above $1000, please contact us directly beforehand.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges are as follows:
Standard locations (Most places islandwide): $18
Tuas, Jurong area: $25
Jurong Island: $52 **Jurong Island orders have to be placed at least 24 hours in advance, and customers will need to apply the Jurong Island visitor pass for our drivers.**
**Please take note that our drivers will not wait over 20 minutes at the pass office. If our driver assesses that the pass office queue will be too long, please come down directly to collect your order or our driver will leave. Rescheduling charges apply as normal.**
How will my order be delivered?
We have a team of dedicated drivers who will deliver your orders to your stated address at your delivery slot. Please do take note that order may arrive earlier or later subject to traffic/weather conditions and the like. Our drivers will contact you when they have arrived at your location to deliver your order to you.
To facilitate the smooth delivery of your order, we may contact you for an additional point of contact if needed, or a reception area and so on where our driver may drop off the order for you. In the event that you are unreachable, our driver will wait up to 10 minutes for you. If you/any alternative point of contacts are still unreachable and no dropoff points were indicated, our driver will leave after 10 minutes.
Can I place my order through the phone?
We do not accept any orders through the phone.
Do you deliver to Jurong Island?
Yes, we do deliver to Jurong Island, but please place your order 24 hours in advance. Please note that you may have to assist us with applying for a Jurong Island Pass so that our drivers will be able to enter Jurong Island.
What is your delivery time? Last order?
We deliver between 8:30am-10pm. Last order for same day delivery is at 8pm. For advance orders that deliver the next day before 10am, last order is at 8pm as well.
How do I know my order is confirmed?
Once order is placed and payment has been made, you will receive an email with order number confirming your order. (Please check your spam folder as well if you have not received the email.) You may also verify this from your order history on your account.
Will I get a refund if I cancel my order?
No, once your order has been placed we do not allow for cancellations or refunds. Please check and verify your order date, time, and order items before checking out.
The items I ordered are out of stock?
In the event that items (Including but not limited to) type of bread, drink flavours, chip flavours etc are out of stock at the time of your order, we will replace the out of stock item with an equal value substitute automatically and inform you of the change via email.
How can I print my invoice?
Step 1: Log in to subdelivery.com.sg
Step 2: Go to My Account
Step 3: Go to order history
Step 4: Click on the order number that you would like to print for invoice.
Step 5: Click on order details , then click on download invoice.
We do not provide a paper invoice.
Usage of this online services signifies your understanding and agreement with this entire terms and conditions.
Is Subway Halal?
Yes, We are Halal certified.
Are delivery Subs toasted?
No. Delivery subs are not toasted. If they are hot when we send them out for delivery, the condensation will cause the bread to get soggy in transit.
What comes with Sub/Wrap party platters?
Regular Sub platters consists of 15 pieces of 4 inch sandwiches and may serve up to 5-9 Pax
Regular Wrap platters consists of 20 pieces of 3 inch wraps and may serve up to 5-9 Pax
For Customised Sub platters, each flavour comes in threes.
What is a lunch box?
Each Lunch Box is packed with one sandwich, a bottled drink, 1 cookie and 1 regular chips and necessary condiments. Lunch box labels for personalisation are also available.
Is there a vegetarian option?
Yes. We have 2 vegetarian options, Veggie Delite & Veggie Patty.
