How can I place my order?
Step 1: Click on " MENU" at our Subdelivery front page to view our full range of menu
Step 2: Click on the item you would like to order, i.e. click on Tuna (6" / 12" / Wrap / Salad) to add portion size to cart.
Step 3: Customise your desired item. Choose your Bread, Sauce, Vegetables, Toppings and Extras, go ahead and make it a meal while you're at it!
Step 4: Click on the "View Cart" button to check your order in the cart.
Step 5: After double check your items, select pick or delivery, key in the delivery details.
Step 6: Select payment option, Visa, Master or Amex, and click check out.
Step 7: Log in if you are existing customer, Create a new Subdelivery  account if you're a new user.
Step 8: After log in, confirm your order and proceed to payment.
Step 7: Key in your credit card details (if applicable) and you've completed your order!
Step 8:  We will deliver your order accordingly.

There is a Subway outlet nearer to my location than those listed on the website, why can't I pick up my order there instead?
Currently only the following outlets take part in our Subdelivery platform.
We will update as more outlets join us.

What are the serving portions for the Sub and Wrap Party Platters?
A: These are our serving guidelines:
Regular Sub platters consists of 15 pieces of 4inch" sandwiches and may serve up to 5 – 9 pax
Regular Wrap platters consists of 20 pieces of 3" wraps and may serve up to 5-9 Pax 

Is Subway Halal?
Yes, We are Halal certified.

What is lunch box?
Each Lunch Box is packed with one sandwich, a bottled drink, 1 cookie and 1 regular chips and necessary condiments. Price from $10 onwards. 

Do you deliver to Jurong Island?
Yes, we do deliver to Jurong Island. For Jurong Island delivery please place the order 1 day in advance. 

How can I print my receipt?
Step 1: Log in to
Step 2: Go to My Account
Step 3: Go to order history
Step 4: Click on the order number that you would like to print for invoice.
Step 5: Click on order details , then click on download invoice.

Yes. Order can be placed in advanced. 

How fast can you deliver?
We deliver within 2 hours upon confirmation of order. 

Can I place an order and get it delivered today?
Yes. Orders below $200 can be delivered within 2 hrs. 

What is your delivery time? Last order?
We deliver between 8am-10pm. Last order for same day delivery is at 8pm.

Can I place my order through the phone?
Currently, we do not accept orders through the phone. 

How do I know my order is confirmed?
Once order is placed and payment has been made, you will receive an email with order number confirming your order. 

Will I get a refund if I cancel my order?

Yes. We have 3 vegetarian options, Veggie Delite, Veggie Patty & Chapata Chickpeas.

I have a large order, can I order online?
Yes, for orders above $400, please place it 24hours in advance. For orders above $1000, please place it 72hrs in advance. For orders above $2000 please call 9154 1677.
