To order online, registered customers must first login by keying in their user name and password. If you are a first time customer, you can register for an account when you check out your first order.
We only accept VISA/Mastercard and AMEX for credit card payment.
Delivery Services & Charges
Delivery service is available by ordering online at www.subdelivery.com.sg . Delivery service applies to all orders with a minimum delivery amount of S$60. If uncontactable for over 10 minutes from your selected delivery slot, an additional fee of $30 will be chargeable for the rescheduling of your delivery. All delivery charges are a flat fee irregardless of order volume.
Delivery charges are as follows:
Standard locations (Most places islandwide): $10
Tuas, Jurong area: $18
Secured areas A (E.g. Jurong Island, Loyang Offshore etc.): $28 **Jurong Island orders have to be placed at least 24 hours in advance, and customers will need to apply the Jurong Island visitor pass for our drivers.**
Secured areas B (Airline Cargo Road etc): $38 **Please take note that our drivers will not wait over 20 minutes at the pass office. If our driver assesses that the pass office queue will be too long, please come down directly to collect your order or our driver will leave. Rescheduling charges apply as normal.**
For rescheduling of orders, please contact us at least 48 hours before the accurate delivery slot. Failing to do so will result in an additional fee of $30 being chargeable for the rescheduling.
Please note that the point of contact will be responsible for receiving the order. If instructions are given to leave the order with another party, please take note that you are giving us authority to officially handover the order as per the instructions.
Pick up services
We also provide pick up services and it is also available at www.subdelivery.com.sg. No minimum order amount is required. If the order exceeds $500, please check with the respective stores for availability.
Cancellation of orders
We do not provide refunds once the order is submitted and confirmed by the customer.
Cancellation of orders once confirmed will not be entertained.
If you are unable to pick up your order on the selected delivery time slot without giving us notice, you will be liable to pay the full amount of your order.
Once your order is confirmed, you will not be able to change the ordered items apart from the vegetable/sauce/other miscellaneous selections. We do not entertain removing of items from orders.
Confirmation of orders
We will send an electronic acknowledgement via email to the customer upon successful submission of the online order. (Please check your spam folder if it does not appear in your inbox.) If we are unable to deliver due to weather, availability of riders, bad traffic conditions, customers will be notified immediately upon receiving order confirmations on our end.
Exchange & refunds
All goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
All transactions and customers’ particulars are treated with the strictest confidence.
